What's included in the free trial?

What counts as a "call"?
A call is any inbound call AnswerDesk picks up — whether it lasts 30 seconds or 10 minutes. Voicemail drop-ins and missed calls that go to voicemail do not count against your call limit. If you go over your monthly call allotment, additional calls are billed at $0.50 each.
How does emergency routing work?
AnswerDesk listens for emergency keywords relevant to your trade — "flooding," "no heat," "sparking panel," "gas smell," and more. When an emergency is detected, it immediately texts your cell with the caller's number and situation. You call back directly. You configure your own emergency keywords during setup.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. AnswerDesk gives you a dedicated business number that routes to your existing phone. You can optionally forward your existing number to AnswerDesk so customers just dial the number they already know. Switching is optional and handled during onboarding.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone calls, no retention scripts, no waiting on hold. Your billing stops at the end of the current period. Your call history and transcripts remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
Is my customer data secure?
All call recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. Call logs and customer information are accessible only to you and are fully deletable on request.
